MXO 不是新增机构,而是微系统技术办公室(MTO)的扩编——办公室页原文写着 "Announcing the expansion of the Microsystems Technology Office into the Multi X Office"。
材料/制造类关键词命中 88 个项目,位居第一;NGMM(3D 异构集成国家中心)、Crystal Palace(晶体生长)、Perrseus(冷原子器件规模化制造)、Smash(关键矿产分离)、Carbon Crunch(高超声速碳碳复合材料)指向同一个问题:能不能稳定地造出来。
NASCENT(地缘经济理论)、IMR(市场内在韧性)、A3ML(反洗钱算法)、OPEN(关键矿产价格发现)四个项目分布在 IPTO 与 STO,把金融与贸易基础设施当作可攻防的技术系统。
1.打开 https://www.darpa.mil/research/programs,连续点击 "Show All" 直至列表不再增长;
2.提取全部/research/programs/链接并去重,得到228 个唯一项目页;
3.在页面上下文中以 5 路并发逐页抓取HTML,按块级元素重建行边界后解析;
4.抽取字段:项目简称、全称、所属办公室、项目经理、采购编号、摘要正文、相关报道条数;
Biological Technologies Office | BTO |
Defense Sciences Office | DSO |
Multi X Office | MXO |
Strategic Technology Office | STO |
Tactical Technology Office | TTO |
FY27 | 3 | QBI、Unison、Protein Palace |
FY26 | 34 | VITAL、Smart-RBC、O-Circuit、Firefox、AI Forge、DICE、NASCENT、NGMM、Smash、TBD2、Frosty、DISCORD |
FY25 | 33 | A3ML、Fast and Curious、Carbon Crunch、IMR 等 |
FY24 | 14 | OPEN、TRS、AMME |
FY23 | 3 | CKC、DARPA-EA-23 系列 |
FY22 | 1 | — |

项目如 MARRS(固态聚变)、ExPEDitions(远征能源)、TRS(数学变换)、Fast and Curious(百倍能效逻辑)、PENG。

·AI Forge(IPTO,Matthew Marge,FY26,SN-26-80):与 NSF 联合、与 NIST 的 CAISI 协作,方向锁定 AI 可解释性、AI 控制、对抗鲁棒性。
·DICE(IPTO,Susmit Jha,FY26,SN-26-72):去中心化 AI 与「受控涌现」,目标是让异构智能体集群在通信受限、对抗激烈的环境中完成长时程任务。
·MATHBAC(DSO,Yannis Kevrekidis,FY26,PA-26-05):为「智能体通信」建立数学基础——这项工作的性质是给 AI 编队提供可证明的协议理论。
·Smart-RBC(BTO,Robert Murray,FY26,PS-26-02):
·RAPIID(BTO,Robert Murray,PS-26-124):
·VITAL(BTO,Roozbeh Jafari,FY26,PS-26-26):
·O-Circuit(BTO,Jeffrey Zaleski,FY26,PS-26-28):
·Firefox(BTO,Pedro Irazoqui,FY26,PS-26-137):
·GO(BTO,Matthew Pava,FY26,PS-26-10):
·PENG / Hubble(DSO / BTO,FY26):
·NGMM(Michael Holmes,FY26,SN-26-69):建立美国首个 3D 异构集成(3DHI)国家中心,目标是「自持的研发与中试生产基地」。
·Crystal Palace(MXO,Huanan Zhang,FY26,PA-26-03):解决「AI 能设计材料、但长不出单晶」的瓶颈。
·Perrseus(MXO,Travis Autry,FY26,PS-26-127):冷原子量子传感器、MEMS、光子器件的规模化制造工艺。
·PICASSO(MXO,Anna Tauke-Pedretti,FY26,PS-26-13):
·AMPED(MXO,David Meyer,FY26,PS-26-119):
·APM(MXO,John M. Hoffman,FY26,PS-26-141):
·Space-BACN(STO,John Bruzzese):
·TBD2(STO,Stefano Galli,FY26,PS-26-01):
·Frosty(STO,Frank Robey,FY26,PS-26-03):
·Unison(STO,Tamer Refaei,FY27,SN-27-05):
·Albatross(STO,Steven Chambers):
·DISCORD(STO,Eric Davis,FY26,PS-26-27):
·NASCENT(IPTO,David Dewhurst,FY26,PS-26-14):
·IMR(IPTO,Matthew Wilding,FY26,PS-26-138):
·A3ML(IPTO,David Dewhurst,FY25,PS-25-10):
·OPEN(STO,Jonathan Doyle,FY24,PS-24-01):
·Smash(MXO,Julian McMorrow,FY26,PA-26-04):
·Fleetwood(BTO,William Mounfield,FY26,PS-26-23):
·ExPEDitions(DSO,Keith Whitener,FY26,PS-26-118):
·Promethean Clay(MXO,Thomas Schratwieser,FY26,PS-26-16):
·MARRS(DSO,Thomas Schenkel,FY26,SN-26-22):
·Deep Thoughts(TTO,Kevin Sloan,FY26,PS-26-05):
·Rads to Watts、Minitherms3D(DSO):
SN(Special Notice) | 47 |
PS(Program Solicitation) | 40 |
PA(Program Announcement) | 26 |
EA(Exploration Announcement) | 22 |
·全站横幅与正文已统一使用"Department of War"(DOW),而非 "Department of Defense"。
Executive Order 14434 "Inaugurating the Era of Super Intelligence",DARPA
O-Circuit(类器官计算)、Firefox(脑机接口)、PENG(蛋白质工程)说明 BTO 的方法论正在向 IPTO 靠拢,未来的项目管理可能按「能力」而非「学科」重组。
AI Forge(NSF/NIST + 非营利论坛)、QBI(分阶段验证全行业路线)、AIxCC(奖金赛 + 厂商合作)都不是传统合同模式。
