    人工智能浪潮下，软件工程将走向何方？本报告探讨软件工程走向大众技能的机遇，主张传承核心工程原则，推动研发重心从代码转向需求。重点介绍可控自然语言及配套编译技术与开发环境的探索，通过渐进形式化，让需求成为唯一事实、代码成为执行投影，为构建可控、可验证的智能体探索AI原生软件工程新路径。

    Dr. Zhenchang Xing is a Senior Principal Research Scientist and the Science Lead of the Software Systems group at CSIRO Technology. Dr. Xing's research focus is in the interdisciplinary areas of software engineering, human-computer interaction, and responsible AI. He has over 200 peer-reviewed publications in prestigious journals and conferences and has received multiple distinguished paper awards from top-tier software engineering conferences, including the ACM SIGSOFT Distinguished Paper Award, IEEE TCSE Distinguished Paper Award, and the ACM SIGSOFT Most Influential Paper Award. Dr. Xing frequently serves the academic community in organizing and program committees of premier software engineering conferences, including PC co-chair at ICSME 2020, General co-chair at APSEC 2027, and PC co-chair at FSE 2028.
